Student Support

Student Services

The Student Services department provides support to students in many ways. Students are provided a live orientation (via phone or web) and assistance in initial course selection and sequencing. Students also have access to the Library Research Center as well as additional library resources; the Writing Center; and tutorials and instructions related to the online classroom. 
 
Instructor Availability

Instructors are available from 1 to 3 hours per week for course-related student assistance. Office hours and contact information are posted in the Faculty Information section of each individual course syllabus.

Counseling

New students are provided assistance with initial course selection and planning as part of their orientation. Ongoing academic advisement is provided by academic deans and/or assigned faculty.

Job Placement

Shiloh University does not guarantee job placement nor does it provide job placement services to students or alumni.
